WARD Unexpectedly after a short illness on Saturday 4th November 2017, James 'Jim' Ward, aged 59 years, formerly of Inverkip, beloved son of Jean, brother to Jane and a loving uncle. Funeral Service will take place on Thursday 23rd November at Greenock Crematorium at 3pm to which all family and friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only please, however if desired donations in lieu of flowers can be made to Cancer Research UK.

Sign in to add a tributeI was so sorry to hear about Jim. Please accept my deepest sympathies. Although I had not seen him since we moved from Inverkip, I always remember him when I pass the "Bogie Road", at the train station. His bogie was always faster than mine, and it had brakes.
Unfortunately, although it was my intention to be at Jim's funeral, I am now unable to attend. I will make a donation in Jim's memory.
