CONROY The family of the late Michael Conroy wish to thank the staff of Marcus Humphrey Care Home for their compassionate care of our father over the past three years, in particular during the last few weeks of his illness, and Dr Gordon Parkhill for his regular and excellent care. In particular, we would like to thank Jim and Janette Sorrell for their many years of friendship and support to our father; Aileen Brown, Stephanie McKinnon and Marianne McGowan for their many visits to him and to all our neighbours at Brookfield Road for their ongoing support. Thanks to Fr. David for presiding at the Requiem Mass, Bishop John Keenan, Bishop William Nolan, Bishop Maurice Taylor, Canon David Cotter and the concelebrating clergy together with family and friends for their attendance and the SVDP for leading the rosary at the vigil reception. Thanks also to Inverclyde Funeral Home for exceptional and sympathetic assistance, the Tontine Hotel for catering the reception, and all friends for their sympathy cards, mass cards, prayers and support upon the bereavement of our dear father. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for the intentions of all.
