FAMILIES from as far afield as the United States flocked to Gourock on Sunday for the Highland Games - and our video team were there to capture the action.
If you were at the event, you can check out the video above to see if we caught you on camera.
The main arena was packed with additional seating, meaning veteran games-goers could sit alongside families new to the action — and people from all over the world.
And now, games organisers want the international flavour of the games to continue.
Chieftain of the 52nd Gourock Highland Games, Provost Michael McCormick, told the Tele: “We had lots of overseas visitors at the games this year. It was great to see.
“One American family flew to Scotland just to see a Highland Games. Gourock was recommended to them and was the first one they went for.
“It’s fantastic to think people are flying in from all over the world to take in the action. It was very interesting listening to them comment on how our games compared to the ones they’ve seen elsewhere.”
