TREASURED family possessions have been taken from a Port Glasgow dad’s garage as part of a huge clean-up operation.
Furious James Hannah, 48, from Campsie Road, was horrified to see his belongings being taken out of a garage in Slaemuir when he opened his Tele last Thursday.
The police, Inverclyde Council and River Clyde Homes joined forces last week to crack down on litter, car tax dodging and flytipping in the Port.

Mr Hannah has not said he was renting the garage. If he has a written agreement with Inverclyde Council he has a claim, otherwise the council had the right to assume it belonged to the previously registered tennant.
