Youth festival is 'waste of money'

A MASSIVE £30,000 festival planned for Greenock next month has been slammed as a waste of money by a youth worker. Chris McTiernan, of East End Parish Church, whose own hall was torched by yobs on Monday, says he could run a youth club for the next 10 years with two-thirds of the budget.
