INVERCLYDE AC seniors enjoyed a clean sweep at the popular Ardgowan Hospice 5K.

Despite the windy conditions, Graeme Hyett scorched round the route which starts and finishes at the Waterfront Leisure Complex, setting a new course record time of 15 minutes 50 seconds.

He edged out team-mates Sean Gaffney (PB) in second and Thomas Jamieson in third, who both clocked their fastest time over this course on the day — running 17.01 and 17.20 respectively.
