We live in the Broomhead area and are frequently disturbed by the noisy neighbours in the flats. It can start as early as 5pm,mildly may I add,but it gets louder as the evening goes on. Then the arguments and fighting will start. The kicking of doors and screaming etc.It can go on all night and I\'ve seen it stopping around 5-6am next day. That will happen at least twice weekly at times. We contacted the police around a year ago this month and were told to call back when it was happening and they would send someone to find out where the noise was coming from. We were led to believe we were the only compainants. It goes on all year but is much worse in the summer months when we have the windows open.I could not believe we were the only ones complaining at that time. We never did call again but I\'m glad to hear that others have been. Why should we be paying for their drink/drugs ( one way or another!)to then have to put up with their awful behaviour and keep us awake all night. My 64 year old husband has to get up at 5.45am to go to work sometimes without sleep, and is paying for them to abuse us and the system. I do hope something will be sorted out soon.

Suffice to say if you were a BBC Press Officer yesterday was probably the kind of day that left you huddled under your desk weeping.
For a film that's been in development hell for eons, Watchmen suddenly seems to be everywhere.
