RETURN: Richie Berrington.

KEVIN McLaren paid tribute to his gutsy Greenock team-mates after they broke their SNCL duck with a comprehensive win over McCrea FS West at Hamilton Crescent on Saturday.

The Glenpark men, inspired by Richie Berrington's all-round heroics, triumphed by 52 runs.

But the elation of Greenock's maiden league win of the season was last night replaced by despair following their exit from the Scottish Cup at the hands of Stirling.
