A TEAM of Inverclyde community police officers have received a top award. Inverclyde Neighbourhood Policing Team received the Partnership Award at the Divisional Police Awards in Johnstone Town Hall.
They were joined by area commander Chief Inspector Elliott Brown, council leader Stephen McCabe and Councillor Terry Loughran, convener of the police and fire scrutiny sub-committee.
Inverclyde Council chief executive John Mundell also attended the event and congratulated the team.
