BURNS Bunnet maker John Burleigh of Greenock paid tribute today to broadcaster Sir Terry Wogan, who passed away on Sunday.
John and his wife, Heather, met Sir Terry at Wimbledon in 2014, and asked him for a ‘selfie’.
John said: “He looked at our hats, smiled, and said ‘oh go ahead’. He was a lovely man, and so approachable.”
