TEENAGERS from a Greenock secondary school had a blast when they designed their own rocket.
The ‘Pink Racers’ from Notre Dame High School came second in the Blood Hound Rocket Challenge and won £500 for school funds.
As part of the competition, the pioneering pupils were tasked with designing their own rocket out of polystyrene blocks.
