A POPULAR takeaway wants to keep delivering pizzas until two in the morning in Inverclyde.
Domino’s has asked Inverclyde Council to extend its licence until the early hours at the weekends.
But the requested hours falls out with current local authority policy, which has a cut off of 1.30am, and now councillors will be asked to decide whether to support the application.
The general purposes board will decide later this month whether to hear what the applicants have to say.
If the extra half hour opening option is rejected then Pizza Cake, who applied on behalf of Dominos, can take the matter to the sheriff court.
