HOUSE prices have risen across Inverclyde.
The latest statistics from Registers of Scotland show that the average property price in June this year was £103,423 – a 3.5 per cent increase from the same period last year, when the average price was £99,940.
Across Scotland, there was a 4.6 per cent increase in the average property price.
