GRAND cruise ship Caribbean Princess made her NINTH visit of the season to Greenock yesterday.

The giant Princess Cruises vessel, which can hold more than 3,000 passengers, sailed into the Ocean Terminal at around 7am.

It was her ninth visit of the current cruise call season and the 40th vessel in total for Greenock so far this year.

The Clyde favourite is currently on a 13-day cruise around the British Isles.

She arrived in Greenock from Belfast and left shortly after 2am this morning, headed for Invergordon.

Caribbean Princess is due back in Greenock again on August 30 for her 10th and final stop of the year.
