A VITAL Inverclyde charity has received a boost from a local firm – as they appeal for more volunteers.
Inverclyde Voluntary Council are delighted with a recent minibus donation from Campbell Smith Insurance.
But they are also hoping to attract more volunteer drivers to help them continue to ferry older people to day care centres and transport people with learning disabilities.
Transport convenor Callum Boyd said: “We are delighted with the very kind donation from Campbell Smith. It is greatly appreciated.”
To volunteer with the organisation contact the Inverclyde Voluntary Council, based in Lynedoch Industrial Estate, on 791939 or 07929153421.
