AVERAGE house prices in Inverclyde are continuing to rise.
As of July this year, a typical property cost £105,114 – up 4.5 per cent year-on-year.
Twelve months ago the average home in Inverclyde set people back £100,600.
The figures have been released by the Registers of Scotland (RoS).
Monthly house prices also rose by around £1,700 between June and July this year.
Latest figures for the number of properties sold between the same period have yet to be released but a total of 87 homes changed hands in May this year.
The average price of a property in Scotland in July was £143,711 – up 3.4 per cent on the previous year and 1.3 per cent month-on-month.
