GREENOCK call centre Webhelp are to hire another 45 people as part of a Scotland-wide recruitment drive.
This will take the Cartsburn site up to 315 employees, who handle calls on behalf of a number of companies.
Webhelp have 90 sites in 26 countries and employ around 35,000 worldwide.
Chief executive, David Turner, said adding another 190 customer service advisers and team leaders across their four Scottish sites is due to a combination of new clients and increased business from existing contracts.
He said: “The talent we have here is why we are increasing business with our existing clients and adding more top flight European companies to our growing and fantastic client list.
“We have a wonderful team at Webhelp.”
All of the new positions are full-time and will be filled by the end of the year.
