CLYDEVIEW Academy has been named as one of Scotland’s top 50 secondary schools.
The Gourock school has made it on to the prestigious Sunday Times list.
The school opened on the Bayhill site following a merger of two secondary schools, Greenock Academy and Gourock High School.
Its feeder primaries are Ardgowan, Gourock and Moorfoot. The Sunday Times used a number of measures to compile their list, which features schools from all across the country.
Clydeview made it onto the list at number 40.
