Detectives say the death is 'unexplained' at this time.
A WOMAN'S body has been found in a house in Port Glasgow.
Police were called to Kelburn Terrace at 1.15pm on Friday.
Detectives say they are unable to provide any details at this early stage of the investigation, but have confirmed that the death is currently being treated as unexplained.
Detective Inspector Suzie Chow said: "It's being treated as unexplained."
Anyone with information who may be able to assist the police should call 101.
