BROOMHILL Court now has a guest flat to help support elderly residents in their own home.
The flagship high rise is now a designated block for older people, and River Clyde Homes has refurbished a flat available to visiting relatives.
It is the latest new initiative as part of the £20 million pound Broomhill regeneration.
At an open door event, housing officers were delighted to show visitors around the newly refurbished high rise.
They have now had 100 new tenants move into the Broomhill area since the major refurbishments got underway.
Their open day was a huge success with many people visiting Broomhill Court to see for themselves what is on offer.
Chairman Albert Henderson announced last month that RCH will rename the high rise.
They hope the designated block for retired tenants will help encourage independent living.
Broomhill also offers Services on offers a facilities manager on site to look after the block, increased CCTV and a garden with seating areas.
The guest flat can be rented out by relatives.
