A GREENOCK railway bridge has re-opened after a lorry got wedged under it this morning.
Train services were halted after the accident just before 10am at the bridge next to Cappielow.
After an inspection by railway engineers, the bridge was re-opened just after 1pm.
A spokesman from Network Rail said: "The bridge was shut for quite a wee while.
"The engineers gave the bridge quite a thorough inspection as the vehicle struck the bridge.
"There was no structural damage and it was re-opened just after 1pm."
