AN award-winning Irish country music star is heading back to Greenock — due to popular demand.
Michael English will headline a show at the Beacon Arts Centre on March 11.
The Kildare singer is heading back on the road in 2018 and will once again stop off in Greenock following the huge success of his previous concerts at the waterfront venue on his Scottish tours.
Michael will arrive in town fresh from being crowned ‘male vocalist of the year’ at The Sunday World Country Music Awards for the second consecutive year.
He will once again be accompanied by his incredible live band for one of their renowned, energetic performances.
Michael’s musical talents also go beyond his vocal ability.
He is also famed for playing his famous red piano and accordion.
He has packed out venues across the UK and his native Ireland over the last four years as his stock continues to rise across the country music scene.
Michael plays the Beacon on Sunday March 11 at 7.30pm.
