"I've only been singing for about two years."

Head teacher Stuart Clark, says he is blown away by Abby's achievement.

He said: "I'm so proud of Abby for everything that she has achieved in this term.

"To do so well at the semi final in Inverclyde and then go on to compete against some of the most talented singers in the country at the final is fantastic.

"We really take seriously the opportunities out there to build the pupils' confidence and self esteem so to see the young people do this is great."
