A TEENAGER has been arrested by police in connection with an alleged attempted murder in Greenock.
The 19-year-old is due to appear at Greenock Sheriff Court later today, accused of attempting to kill a man during an incident in the town at the weekend.
He was charged after being held and questioned by detectives about a disturbance which happened in Union Street on Saturday afternoon.
A 20-year-old man was taken to hospital after he was allegedly struck by a bladed weapon near the McLean Museum.
