MORTON have signed former Northern Irish under-21 international Rory McKeown.
The 25-year-old left-back joins the club on a one-year deal, subject to international clearance being granted.
McKeown previously played under Morton manager Ray McKinnon at Raith Rovers, before stints at Accrington Stanley, Warrington Town and Southport.
With left-back Lewis Strapp breaking his toe against Stenhousmuir last month, McKinnon told the Tele he was keen to sign cover for Jack Iredale.
McKeown, who can also play centre-back, has also played under ex-Ton manager Kenny Shiels at Kilmarnock in 2011, and started out his youth career with English Championship side Ipswich Town.
