TOP rock band Frightened Rabbit are in town for a gig in Gourock tomorrow night, kicking off their Scottish tour.

Cafe Continental in Kempock Street is the venue for the sold out show with the Selkirk indie band.

Tickets for the gig were snapped up in less than an hour when they went on sale at the start of February.

The band are signed to Atlantic Records and are set to start work on their fourth studio album.

They shot to fame in 2006 with their debut album Sing the Greys.

The band have gone from strength to strength, building a dedicated fan base and selling out shows nationwide and Stateside.
