GOUROCK coffee house Flava will become the next local venue to shoot to TV fame when it appears in the hit BBC drama Waterloo Road.
Cast and crew took over part of the Kempock Street cafe bar yesterday. Vans full of equipment parked up on the busy street outside the popular venue.
Local fans of Waterloo Road - which is based at the former Greenock Academy building in Madeira Street - have also spotted Cleats Bar in Gourock, James Watt College, the former Lindores Manor and the Esplanade in the first two episodes.
The next Greenock-filmed episode of will be shown on BBC One at 8pm on Thursday.
