AN Inverclyde school was yesterday forced to cancel a pupils’ trip to the M&D’s fun park following a rollercoaster crash.
Pupils at St Columba’s High in Gourock were due to go on their school trip to the theme park in North Lanarkshire but the school cancelled the excursion after a rollercoaster derailed at the park on Sunday.
Nine people were injured in the incident.
