EVERYTHING was shipshape at an open day at Merino Court Care Home in Greenock.
Staff, residents and their families enjoyed a concert from the Clydeside Singers, resplendent in navy uniforms.
Manager Maria Hughes said the day was a great success.
She said: “It went really well. Ronnie Cowan MP attended in the morning and met with pupils from Whinhill Primary.
“And the Clydeside Singers opened the afternoon dressed as Royal Navy Sailors.
“We also raised £227 for the Marie Curie charity.”
