INVERCLYDE looks set to face a wintry blast tomorrow after forecasters issued a weather warning.
Snow, strong winds and heavy rain are all expected, with a ‘be aware’ alert in place from the early hours on Thursday until 6pm the same evening.
Gusts could reach 50-60mph and heavy rain will present an additional hazard.
Forecasters say the combination of snow, strong winds and heavy rain is ‘likely’ to lead to disruption to transport and perhaps power supplies.
