PEOPLE in Inverclyde can vote for their favourite local lottery project to win a national award.
The National Lottery is looking to recognise outstanding projects that have benefited from grants.
Some of those who could be in with a chance include three groups awarded grants last year.
Inverclyde Autistic Support group received £8,780 to deliver a playscheme and holiday club while Slaemuir Tenants’ and Residents’ Association picked up over £4,000 to run social events and the 33rd Greenock & District Scout Group collected £8,000 to provide more sporting opportunities.
Local people can nominate any group by tweeting @LottoGoodCauses with suggestions or calling 0207 293 3329 before April 7.
