TELETODDLERS is back — and once again we are offering the winner a FREE place at one of Inverclyde’s best nurseries.

We have teamed up with Inverkip’s Enchanted Forest Nursery to give the 2017 champ — as voted for by our readers — six months at the top childcare centre, a superb prize worth £5,000.

Greenock tot Aivan Piggott who will turn four this month, was the first ever winner of the free place and he has stayed at the nursery since.

His mum Jennifer loved the award-winning pre-five centre so much she went out of her way to take him four days a week.

Jennifer, of Inverkip Road, said: “Aivan just loved it and I would never have taken him out of there.

“He settled straight away and never cried once. The staff are amazing.

“He is such a confident wee boy, a real character.”
Sarah Howe from Enchanted Forest in Inverkip says he the nursery is delighted to team up with the Tele for the super competition once again.

The partnership nursery with Inverclyde Council has the best inspection grades in the area and has a growing waiting list.

Parents come from as far away as Largs to use the nursery.

Manager Sarah said: “We were delighted Aivan and his mum stayed with us.

“We have been here five years and we now have families coming back to us.

“I think we offer a flexibility for working parents that you don’t get elsewhere.”

Aivan’s mum Jennifer, who works at the fiscal office in Greenock and is currently studying psychology at university, was over the moon when readers voted her youngest son the winner back in 2013.

The mum-of-five said: “The nursery is amazing and really good at engaging with parents.

“They had lots of events organised so that you could come and see the children.”

Entries for TeleToddlers 2017 are now open to all children under the age of five on May 20.
