MUSIC star Stormzy left fans in Inverclyde stunned after revealing his ‘brother’ comes from Greenock.
The British hip-hop artist, real name Michael Omari, made the comment on stage at the Trnsmt Festival in Glasgow at the weekend.
The 23-year-old musician was brought up in Croydon, London, and does have a younger brother Brandon.
It’s thought however that he was using the term to refer to a friend, as opposed to his sibling.
Stormzy said: “I knew Scotland was mad because my brother comes from a place called Greenock but I didn’t think it was going to be this mad.”
