CUPPAS and cakes will be served up at a charity coffee morning in Greenock.
Staff at Allied Healthcare in Terrace Road are switching their kettles on as part of Macmillan Cancer Support’s ‘World’s Biggest Coffee Morning’.
They are inviting everyone to come along to their all-day fundraiser on Friday September 29.
Audrey McLean, who is the branch manager at the home care provider, said: “Cancer itself has been a big part of quite a few of the carers’ lives.
“One of our colleagues lost her dad to lung cancer so it’s a charity which is close to everybody.
“The carers also work with a lot of clients that have the illness.”
On the day, there will be plenty of home baking and refreshments.
