INDIE rockers The Luci Baines Band are back in action in Greenock next weekend - and we have a pair of tickets to give away for the gig.
The five-piece - Andy Kerr, Will Gallacher, Robert McGovern, Sami Cushnaghan and Kev Ward - will play their first show of the year at Cruden Hall on Sunday May 6 to preview their new material, which has been two decades in the making.
They reunited in 2016 and re-released their 1996 debut single ‘Find A Lil’ Love’ for charity and to mark the 20th anniversary of when it originally came out.
It bagged them a UK Christmas number one in the official vinyl chart.
Since then, the guys have been back gigging and in the studio completing the debut album that never was.
The first track from the record, ‘Despair’, is due out in June and the Greenock band will be previewing the single and other new material — as well as their old favourites — in their hometown a week on Sunday.
We have a pair of tickets to give away for the gig in May 6.
To be in with a chance of winning, see today's Tele.
Tickets for the Cruden Hall gig are on sale now, priced £10, from The Exchange bar and restaurant next door or online at www.brownpapertickets.com/event/3398150
