CAR TROUBLE: A mechanic at National Tyres in Greenock shows where the stolen part of the 4x4 used to be.

TWO men who took part in a vicious brawl in a Greenock town centre bar have been jailed.

Brian Morrison, 23, and Gary Bradley, 24, left a man needing hospital treatment after the bottle attack in Oscar's, King Street, on 13 December.

The pub was closed down shortly afterwards, following talks between its management and senior police officers, and remains shut.

Morrison, an inmate at Greenock Prison, and Bradley, of Bridgend Cottages, Inverkip, admitted assault and were jailed for nine and three months respectively.
