INVERCLYDE'S MP hit the streets of Gourock, Port Glasgow and Greenock to meet his constituents.
Iain McKenzie and his staff spoke to local residents and handed out leaflets with his contact details.
The MP said he wants to give the people of Inverclyde as much opportunity as possible to speak to him.
He said: "As well as holding traditional surgeries, where constituents would come to see me, I wanted to go out and meet them."
The leaflets contain full details of how to contact the MP, and there are more walkabout dates and venues planned to ensure full coverage of all areas of Inverclyde.
Mr McKenzie can be contacted via his Parliamentary Office at 20 Union Street, Greenock, which is open from 9am until 5pm Monday to Friday, by calling 01475 791820 or by emailing iain.mckenzie.mp@parliament.uk
