TWO men accused of carrying out a window-smashing vandalism spree in a Greenock street are set to stand trial.
Patrick Doherty and Jack Graham are alleged to have shouted foul-mouthed threats in Kilmacolm Road before hurling rocks at three houses.
The duo deny a total of four charges against them which relate to incidents alleged to have taken place on 24 May.
Prosecutors say that Doherty, 24, and Graham, 16, conducted themselves in a disorderly manner, shouted, swore, uttered threats of violence and committed a breach of the peace outside one house.
It is alleged that they then smashed windows at the property and those of a further two neighbouring homes by throwing rocks at them.
They are due to stand trial at court on 12 November.
