PARAMEDICS and police rushed to Greenock’s Regent Street after a man was struck by a car.
The 36-year-old pedestrian was taken to Inverclyde Royal following a collision close to the junction with Baker Street at 8.40pm on Friday, near to the BP garage.
The injured man, who was not seriously hurt, was taken to hospital to be checked over as a precaution.
It’s understood no one has been charged in connection with the accident.
