A BIG-HEARTED care warden celebrated his 50th birthday – by throwing a party for all the residents he looks after.
Thoughtful David McIntyre, who works at River Clyde Homes’ John Galt House in Greenock, organised his birthday bash as a treat for residents.
Fellow warden Anne Sinclair thanked David for his kind gesture.
She said: “It was really kind of David as he put on a spread for the tenants to celebrate his 50th birthday.
“The tenants really enjoyed it.
“There was entertainment from the Clydeside Singers and Craigend Resource Centre provided the catering.
“David is a very popular member of staff and it was lovely that he did this as a wee extra for the tenants.” Anne was also keen to mention fellow warden Mary Harkins for her help on the day.
