Doak's superb round

GREENOCK golf professional Chris Doak hit a spectacular round of 62 at the PGA Catalunya near Giron in Spain to keep his bid for a European Tour Card alive and well.

His dramatic fourth round score lifted him from 107th place to 23rd.

It has been an amazing year for Doak who finished top of the Tartan Tour.
