NEW properties in Port Glasgow town centre will be available to rent early next year, it’s been announced.
Enquiries have already been made to housing association River Clyde Homes about the development on Bay Street next to the Gourock Ropeworks building.
RCH and Dundee firm Cullross have teamed up to build 41 properties, which will be made up of 28 flats, six semi-detached and seven terraced homes plus 41 parking spaces.
Work is still in the early stages with the development due for completion in January next year.
Officials from the housing association say the properties will be available to let shortly thereafter.
