COOL dude Kayden Brown was the man of the moment when he arrived in style at school.

The St Michael’s Primary pupil was joined by 15 pals in a fabulous boogie bus after winning a radio phone-in competition.

The wise-cracking 10-year-old from Port Glasgow won the Clyde 1 contest by telling the best joke in a contest to bag the station’s much-sought-after Cool Ride to School prize.

Staff at St Michael’s were thrilled to see him enjoying his luxury lift to class.

Lynn Foreman, school secretary said: “Kayden is lovely.

“He’s a wee character.

“When he came into school he said ‘I’m famous now!’.

“There was a great atmosphere and all the kids and staff at the breakfast club were peeking out when the bus arrived.

“It was good that his cousin Corey Slater, who is also a pupil at St Michael’s, was on the bus too and the two boys were together.

“It was also nice that there was a mix of boys and girls on the bus.”

Kayden and his pals posed up for the Tele as they arrived at St Michael’s early on Thursday morning as the rest of the school and its staff watched them make their big entrance.

Lynn said: “There was a big cheer when they arrived.

“You certainly couldn’t miss the bus, put it that way!”
