PORT kids took a tour of Tesco in a bid to find hidden Easter eggs.
More than 30 youngsters visited the Port store as part of a fun day titled ‘Farm to Fork’.
As well as hunting for the Easter ovals they learnt about where food comes from, visited the store’s bakery, fish counter and more.
There were various fun activities, food sampling and a chance to man the tills.
William Boyle, checkout manager, said: “One child even got the chance to use our tannoy to call on the deputy manager!
“32 children from Port Glasgow St Andrew’s Church and Langbank Parish Church attended and it was a brilliant day enjoyed by everyone.
“‘Farm to Fork’ is a new initiative by Tesco encouraging children to come and find out about the food we sell and where it comes from.”
