A SAFE containing £1,500 has been stolen from a home in Port Glasgow.
A thief got into the property, in Broadstone Avenue, through an unlocked window some time between 4.30pm on Saturday and 1am on Sunday.
The safe also contained car keys for a Mercedes and a Vauxhall Corsa, two passports, a driving licence, a Will and a bank card.
Detectives are appealing for anyone with information about the crime to call Police Scotland on 101.
