A REVAMPED Port Glasgow pharmacy is proving the perfect tonic for customers.
The team at Lloyds Pharmacy in Dubbs Road celebrated the official opening of their new store, helped by loyal and long-standing customer Matilda Holme, who was given the honour of cutting the ribbon, and St Francis’ Primary pupil Nathan Glancy.
The facility has been transformed as part of a large-scale modernisation programme by the company across the UK.
Locals can now benefit from enhanced services for a range of conditions at the store, with a particular emphasis on skin health and pain management.
David Mclaughlin, pharmacy manager, said: “We’re excited by our transformation; we want our new store to become the destination of choice for customers looking for expert health advice.” As well as increasing the services on offer, the pharmacy also has a bright, new look aimed at providing a relaxed environment for customers. The store is open from 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm on Saturday.
