A WOMAN was attacked during a robbery at a supermarket.

The female shop worker was assaulted by the thugs, who snatched cash during the raid in Drumchapel.

The incident happened on April 11, 2017, at a supermarket on Allardyce Road.

Detectives have now released images of two men they want to speak to in connection with the incident, who they believe can help them with their investigation.

The first man, wearing a yellow jacket, is described as being between 30 and 40 years old, white, around 6ft tall, with a stocky build.

He was wearing a black beanie hat with white trim, waist-length yellow high-vis jacket with silver flashes, dark trousers and shoes.

The second man is described as white around 25-35 years old, with a prominent belly and short brown hair.

He was wearing a white long sleeve jumper, Grey Armani tracksuit joggers, and Grey Nike trainers.

Anyone who recognises these men, or who has information about the incident, is asked to contact Stewart Street Police on 101.
