Kilmacolm store staff's bubble rush fun raises funds
BIG-HEARTED shop staff in Kilmacolm have raised more than £1,000 for charity.
Fun-loving sales assistants Margaret McAllister and Janet Holdsworth completed the 5k Bubble Rush event in Bellahouston Park.
The Co-op customer team members handed £501 to Ardgowan Hospice in Greenock and the same to St Vincent’s Hospice in Howwood in Renfrewshire.
Store manager Stephen Trainer said: “It was a great effort by them. They did really well and we received a lot of support from customers and raised quite a lot of money.”
