GENEROUS staff and customers at a Wemyss Bay bar have raised money to support children suffering from cancer.

Kathy and Harry Monaghan, who own the Wemyss Bay Station Bar, organised a raffle in aid of Calum’s Cabin – a charity which provides holiday accommodation for children suffering from cancer and their families.

Between the raffle and money collected by customers, a total of £1,000 was raised.

The star prize was a football signed by Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers, which was kindly donated by G&B Electrical of Inverkip. Pictured are Duncan Spiers of Calum’s Cabin, Kathy and Harry, William Gavigan, owner of G&B Electrical, and Caroline Spiers of Calum’s Cabin.
