BAND OF BROTHERS: The family will be on TV this week.
A GROUP of brothers from Inverclyde will be addressing the nation when they appear on a TV gameshow this week.
The McPherson family from Wemyss Bay will make their stamp on STV's hit quiz show Postcode Challenge on Friday 26 November, hoping to scoop the big £25,000 jackpot.
The four brothers - Dez, 24, Brian, 26, and identical twins Jamie and Jason, both 21 - will go head to head with a team from Leith in next Friday's show to battle it out for the big cash prize.
Postcode Challenge is sponsored by People's Postcode Lottery.
The show, which airs on Friday nights, is hosted by Angus Purden, and sees two teams from across Scotland battle it out for the top prize.
Each team is made up of four friends or family who are linked by the same postcode.
The competing groups are tested on their general knowledge in two nerve-wracking rounds, and answer postcode-related survey questions which reveal amusing facts about the behaviour of people within a certain area.
The game culminates in a tense final, where the last team standing pull together to try and scoop the jackpot. The winning team also wins £500 for a local charity.
